To become Home 2 Home tenants, applicants undergo a thorough process to have their applications approved. We look for what’s not in their application and check against a variety of databases, including but not limited to TICA, NTD, ECourt Portal, Barclay MIS. It doesn’t stop here, it’s important you have a very clear picture of who it is that will be moving in. Our proven process minimises the risk to you and your property.
More Care for Your Property
Each of our property managers looks after their own portfolio, so you’ll liaise with the same person every time. Our property managers are responsible for no more than 90 properties each, while the WA State average is 110–150 properties per manager. This means more time spent in your home at inspections and communicating with both the Owner and the Tenant.
They complete no more than 4 inspections per day (compared to an average of 7–10 state-wide), which means they give the care and focus your property deserves.
We use paperless inspection software and a cloud-based property management system called Property Tree. We post real-time information about your property, the results of rent inspections and more – all accessible online to you. The paperless property condition report means you get a copy immediately it is sent to the tenant electronically and again if any changes are made by the tenant. Your routine inspection report is also sent same day as the inspection and followed up by the property manager if there is an action item.
