Our Journey With You

While established in 2005, there is more than 60 years combined experience in the team lead by Donna Gordin and Gary Antulov. Donna embarked on a career, all things Real Estate in 1993 with Gary joining the business in 2007 bringing with him management and customer service skills.

Initially a home-based business we outgrew quickly took us to the foreshore of Rockingham Beach. Our home for 6 years until we purchased our own building in 2013. Now known as Rockingham HQ, home to our expanding Rockingham Team.

2016 saw us venture up the freeway to Melville to service the needs of our Perth clients.

Excitingly 2019 added our permanent Perth home with the purchase of #36 in Mt Pleasant.

82% of new business comes from an existing client or a referral from one.

Each of our property managers looks after fewer properties than the State average (90 compared to 110-150), which means more time spent in your property or working on your property.

We have tenants and property investors still with us since we opened our doors in 2005.

Our paperless office provides more transparency using technology to innovate and evolve.
